Introduction
PWAN Business Owner (PBO) was launched on May 1, 2020, by Dr. Jayne Onwumere to provide individuals with the opportunity to own their own homes or land.
At the time of its launch, those previously known as Independent Business Development Executives (IBDEs) transitioned to becoming PWAN Business Owners.
As a trailblazer in the Real Estate industry and in line with its vision of making homeownership a reality for as many people as possible, PBO introduced this program to empower its members. The initiative enables members to start their journey toward homeownership by subscribing to apartments within any PWAN company and benefiting from flexible payment plans spread over a period of up to five years or more.
